About Aether collects only the information needed to receive and respond to a question. The site does not build advertising profiles or sell inquiry information.

What an inquiry contains
When you use Bring the Question, the form receives your name, email address, optional organization, optional category and response preference, and the question you choose to share. A hidden anti-spam field, limited request metadata, and a random request reference help protect and operate the form.
How the information is used
The inquiry is delivered to the dedicated Aether mailbox at Griffin Technology Partners so an appropriate person can understand the question and respond. If you request a confirmation copy, the site sends one to the email address you supplied. The information is not used for automated decision-making or advertising.
Where the information goes
The website runs in Griffin Technology Partners’ Microsoft Azure environment. Contact delivery uses the App Service managed identity and Microsoft Graph; mail-provider credentials are not exposed to the browser. Operational logs contain request references and delivery status, not the body of your question or your email address.
Retention and access
Inquiry email is kept only as long as it remains useful for responding, maintaining the resulting relationship, meeting legitimate business obligations, or complying with applicable requirements and Griffin Technology Partners’ mailbox retention controls. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact the mailbox below. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or a legitimate operational obligation.
Cookies and measurement
About Aether does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics. Azure and the hosting platform may process short-lived technical logs needed for security, reliability, and diagnostics. If privacy-conscious product analytics are added later, this statement will be updated before they are enabled.
Your choice
You can email directly instead of using the form. Do not include secrets, passwords, protected health information, financial account information, or other highly sensitive material in an initial inquiry.
